Kevin McBride is the owner and Managing Director of MHR  Global Limited.

With over 20 years experience in providing strategic remuneration services to a wide range of clients across all sectors in New Zealand, Kevin is recognised as one of New Zealand's leading remuneration management specialists.

It is this expertise, and his ability to make the best use of technological advances, which lead to Kevin playing a key role in the development of the online services which are at the core of MHR's offerings: the MHR Remuneration Service, JE Leader Online, and Appraisal-Smart.

Kevin is regularly sought out by the New Zealand media for his comments on Executive Remuneration, and trends in remuneration management. He regularly contributes articles or comment on remuneration management to the business press, such as Employment Today, National Business Review, and Management magazine. Kevin has also acted as a guest lecturer on Remuneration Strategy and Remuneration Management as part of Victoria University’s Human Resources Management Programmes.

Kevin continues to work in Change Management, drawing on his extensive experience of organisational change from his time as head of the Management of Change Unit at the State Services Commission. Kevin held this position from 1985 to 1989, the period of major change in the New Zealand Public Sector. It was during this time that the Commission published his book “Managing Change - A Personnel Perspective”.
